Overview
Odíhg àwmoùyto was founded durring the early 10th century, by Dawn Gwilym. The establishment of Odíhg àwmoùyto was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Dawn Gwilym struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Odíhg àwmoùyto as a prison colony.
Odíhg àwmoùyto was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg àwmoùyto is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Odíhg àwmoùyto is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of restrictive packed earth streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's somewhat suffishent are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Odíhg àwmoùyto has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Odíhg àwmoùyto’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Odíhg àwmoùyto possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Odíhg àwmoùyto's grid is powered by a god's will and kindness.
Odíhg àwmoùyto possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Odíhg àwmoùyto has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Odíhg àwmoùyto's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes
Odíhg àwmoùyto's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
